Ordering
You can only order via our website as we do not have a physical store for you to do walk-in purchases
Yes, we are GST registered.
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery/Collection by emailing to enquiries@waterandwine.net. Please note that all cancellation will incur an administrative charge of 10% of the orders value.
Yes you can. However we only accept orders placed 30 days in advance. All wines qty and prices are not confirm until partial or full payment are received.
All our wines are stored at storage facilities and there are cost involve in retrieving the wines, hence we have to limit to a minimum of 6 bottles for self collection to be able to continue to offer our best price to our customer.
Self collection of wines are only available for 6 bottles and above. Self collection collections at 31 Kaki Bukit Rd 3, Techlink #06-24, Singapore 417818. Any other location will be charged at normal delivery.
We are operating an only online wine shop. We do not have a physical shop to organise tasting session. However, you can order a few bottles to try at your own conveniences.
You do not need to register an account with us to place an order. However, if you have an account, your future orders will be pre filled with your delivery details for faster checkout and you can check on your orders history. We do offer occasionally flash deals only to our registered accounts.

Sorry but we do not offer terms for our orders. Payment has to be prior to delivery.
Delivery
You can have multiple delivery location but every delivery point must be at least $250 else a $20.00 flat rate will be chargeable per location.
We offer delivery Monday – Friday. You may check with us on the timings and we will advise as accord.
Sorry we are not operating on Sunday and Public Holidays.
We can send directly to your wedding / event venue.
Please provide the following information during your checkout.
- Catering manager name and contact
- Wedding / Event date
- Include any ballroom name if applicable
- Couple’s / Events’ name for labeling on box
We can deliver anywhere in Singapore EXCEPT Jurong Island.
